Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund of the product price. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

How to return

• Email hello@breezeclip.com with your order number and reason for return
• You will receive return instructions and the closest drop-off address within 24 hours
• Send the package back within 14 days of receiving the return label
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our side.

Exceptions

Used, damaged or opened products may not be eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
